Boring Bird, but Ok shots

Just some pics of a seagull that thought I had food in my camera bag, shots turned out ok.
Almost got him mid flight at 1/4000 but he blurred just a bit and the feathers lost their definition... bugger.:meh:

The first one seems soft on the bird. The second one is nice. Sharp, clear and well exposed. It'd be better in landscape as you are nearly clipping his tail off and he falls dead center here.
