Okay. What is your subject? I see a street in Boston that shows a mix of the old and the new. I see a corner of some old buildings, a cobblestone street, and the tops of modern day skyscrapers. Was that what you intended? Would someone not from Boston, know any significance of the Oyster House? As an HDR image you have nicely brought out the shadows of a dark foreground with a lighter background to show the viewer many details that might otherwise have not shown up. For me the sky is a disaster. Well, maybe I can see from the light on the skyscrapers that is was a misty day, but having such a large empty grey area of sky is not very interesting. With the edges of the buildings straight you could blend in some color with editing without much trouble. I have a folder of various skies just for such an image. You have found an interesting street and the people add a nice scale and color. Look at those foreground shoes! I like being able to read the signs and you have your image nicely in focus. I would guess the Point is a bar? Is there any reason you included it other than it is just what was there? Just some random thoughts. Congrats for giving us a look at Boston!

The oyster house is a major landmark. I see some other issues with the shot, such as a blown sky in an hdr, but the subject is 'fine'.

Nice details on the street and people, but the sky and skyscrapers lose me. I have not learned HDR yet, so just my view as a newbie.
That whole area is from Paul Revere days, and it is amazing to be standing in the shadows of our Patriots.

Aside from the sky it is a very nice picture.

Those foreground shoes are amazing. They really tie his outfit together haha.

As for the photo, I like it. Being from Massachusetts myself I think this captures exactly the feel most of us would think of when we think cold New England day. I am used to skies like this and this photo replicates it well. Cold city. A sky with any color would just feel "wrong" to me. And an interesting sky might take away from the "Boston charm" displayed here.

And you mix in the old with the new and you have a really great capture of Boston.

Nice work. I enjoyed this.
