seward: Yes, it's because you're new here. This forum always strives to be kind and helpful to everyone, no matter how long they've been here, but we had a big problem a while back. In another photo contest (one with a $150 prize involved) one participant and his friend made dozens of accounts to boost the votes for his photo, and then spam the forum when things didn't go his way. I believe that the unlock happens at 2 weeks and 50 posts.
