Bride + dreamy light = happy photog

#6 I am seeing some correction in the sky, looks like you tried to cover up something with the paintbrush?

I love the flower girl. It's really fantastic.

The "missed focus" and "focused on her hands" are bouquet shots, the focus is right where it's supposed to be, no?

^ That is supremely charitable. I suspect most looking at, e.g., the photo with the bride smiling (with bouquet in focus), are darting their eyes immediately to that smile; having that portion OOF doesn't really anticipate / support this very well.

Oh, I don't know if it WORKS, but the focus wasn't "missed" it was placed somewhere on purpose. Possibly in a bad place.

I will let you and amolitor sort it out, but I achieved the exact look I was aiming for in these particular shots. I did put the focus on something other than the bride to give that soft and candid feel. This might not be your style, but my brides expect this from me. I still do the traditional shots as well, but this is the stuff I LOVE. It must be the girly side in me.

I wasn't providing critique for amolitor, I was providing it for you (and indirectly for others who are part of the community). That's totally fine if you don't agree with it.

Opinion of a portrait/wedding spectator.
Absolutely  the second one.
I like 1, 5 & 7 but I haven't bought into cropping the top of the head, yet - maybe in time.
