Nice viewpoint but your noise level pretty much fritzes the scene for me. The bridge isn't going anywhere so a high ISO is not needed. I generally shoot all night shots of static elements at ISO 100. You can use a denoising program like I did here, but denoising kills a lot of detail, so I tend to use it sparingly.

Thanks for your input. You are correct ISO was 3200. This shot was taken at about 5:20am and it was not as light as this shot suggests...had to raise exposure in post. The real problem I think is that I shot at f11 causing a need for higher ISO. I wanted a quicker shutter speed to account for vehicles crossing the bridge. Interestingly the illumination on the trusses on the near end are from auto headlights and the illumination at the far end is from mounted light fixtures. I believe the red lights midway are tail lights from a car. In retrospect should have went with lower aperature being as it was shot at 27mm. Thanks again for your critique, always welcome.
