Bright objects appearing as doubes in viewfinder

I thought it was my damaged focus screen but after a sucessful brand new replacement im still a double image through the view finder which only happens tp bright objects in dim lit places. Out door view is ok too! Just that when i point the camera at Cfl bulb i can see half of it as a another bulb just below it!
