BTCC grid in infra red. (C&C welcome)

I was able to get out on the grid at the Oulton Park round of the British Touring cars. Here are a few of the better pictures I got:

I gotta say that, for me, the IR really doesn't suit this subject material at all.

I'd agree, IR for me works more with architecture / landscapes, I think if these were in colour / plain B&W they would be more appealing.. but, to each their own...

Sorry ... I'm with the others.
My initial thought was "why?" ... if the answer is to get a different look, then you have succeeded.
To me you didn't get a "better" look.

Thanks for your comments. I have become a bit of an infra red fanatic recently, this coupled with long term familiarity with the subject (I've worked with the BTCC for the last 15+ years) has encouraged my 'search for the different'.
Perhaps I'll go back to normal colour for my next round.
