    Oh, can I please change the typo in your title into "Bulbs"?

    For this is what they are and hey ... what a funny arrangement is this?
    Are they actually screwed into spheres that serve as lamp lights?

    Sorry for the typo.. Actually those are bulbs outside a Chinese snack food store in Hong Kong..
