I was expecting the photo to show up not a link - pretty sure it has worked before. Anyway I'm open to suggestions as to why the photo isn't showing up.

Did you use the attachment tools in the header?

For photos posted elsewhere, use the "image" tool that looks like a photo icon.

OK I think it's working now - just not with the right picture, but this will do.
