I took this photo looking across the Lagan river. I was trying for a long exposure but it turned out better than I expected. Your honest critique please.

The streaking lights from the cars kind of gets lost in the image because it looks like it's just a line of white until you look rather closely. There are too many other white blown areas to really get the feel of the guy sitting still and the vehicles speeding by. I didn't even realize it was vehicle lights until I enlarged and then looked close. Perhaps in LARGE size it's got more impact.

Thanks for the feedback. Due to broadband issues and to get pics online I only have limited editing facilities using snapseed on my iPad but feedback noted I appreciate it.
