NIK software has the ability to add a vignette to any one side of the image, this way you do not have to apply it to the whole image.

I like this photo in b&w as well, and would love to see it with the vignette lifted.

Cool, I'll give this a try and see what I can get.

I really like this picture! It looks so dreamy and fairy like. The selective colouring of vtf is great!

that bokeh is really distracting....sure its round,, but whats supposed to make the background out of focus is detailed.

Thanks for the comment. I like the bokeh here as part of the composition, especially since they mimic the flower heads. It is busy, but I like how it allows the end flowers to sorta start blending into the setting.

I like the original. I just wanted to see what it would look like with a bit of a different crop... In Gimp, I boosted the contrast a hair and re-cropped it using a 5:2 aspect ratio. This was the result...

Interesting crop. I'm feeling a little claustrophobic, probably cause I know what else is around it.
It does make the butterfly much more dominant.
