Buying a used Sony A6000 for $245 - a good deal? Help me make a purchase!

Hi all, I am new to photography, and before this I had been shooting travel photos (nature, wildlife) with my Lumix FZ300. I absolutely love it. However, I have been on the lookout for a newer, mirrorless, more compact model I can take better portraits, more casual, everyday pictures with. Unfortunately I also have a limited budget and I am looking to buy only at this range. This is my first time buying a used camera for myself, and I have no idea what to look out for, and whether this is a fair price. I am in contact with the seller, and here are the images and inclusions. Please help me make an informed decision if I should get it for my purposes.

Kit lens
Sd card
Original bat
Dummy battery
Cable for charger (ugreen)
Extra lens cap
Lace
Pouch bag

But the 50mm is already sold (there was an extra lens).

How does it perform in low light? I heard the battery doesn't last long. I would like to mainly use it for travels and daily camera use...

It is. It the best in low
Light and I bought extra batteries. They are cheap but you are looking at 10 year old tech but the denoise software now cleans things up great.

How is it in making vlogs? I heard the video only goes up 1080p - would it really be a problem for casual social media sharing?
