i like em except for the first two

these are beautiful, but i prefer the colored liquid to the first two. the color makes the drops much more dramatic. very well done.

I took a black shirt and pinned it to a wall in my kitchen. I took my surefire G2 and shine light on the glass at 135 degree from camera ( in other words the light was point in front of the camera and right pointing at the subject. )
The light that was shining through the glass was hitting different color paper to light up the glass and water. The camera was on a tripod about 1-1.5 feet away from the subject. I held a small syringe in the middle of the glass and focused on it. once the camera was focused I set the focus setting to manule. I used rear sync flash with 1/200 shutter and f/7 or f/8. Iso was 100-200 I think. Once I had everything set up I held the syringe with my left hand and remote release in the right. As soon as I saw the drop or drops start to fall I released the shutter. I used milk, water, food color and soy sauce.
