How did you capture the last shot in the dark with such a fast shutter and no noise?

well, since i was using a speedlight (you can see my friend holding it in the bottom right) i could shoot fast. i think it was like 1/160 or something like that. as for noise, there isn't much in the foreground because its considerably well lit by the flash, but if you zoom in a lot, you can see noise in the background. i don't know how to avoid that
