C&C please, which one is better?

Which one do you find more pleasing...

I personally prefer the first one, the PP just seems over the top to me on the 2nd.

I would say it depends on the context. The dramatic sky in the second one gives the whole image a totally different implication. Without context though, I would say the second editing matches the total impression better.

I like the second one better, it does fit the overall picture more. Although, the horizon on the left bothers me a little bit, it seems too feathered out possibly. But nice photoshop!

You asked which I thought was more pleasing, but neither picture strikes me as "pleasing". That said, they are wonderful pictures! I like the dramatic sky in #2, but prefer his eyes in #1.

Love that second one. Really fits the photo.

I strongly prefer the first one. The sky in the second one is overpowering and draws too much attention from the people.
