Brutal honesty, please :mrgreen:

They're fruit. :lol:

The colors are pretty...exposure is nice... but... they're just fruit.

nuh uh! They're pre-margaritas. Duh. :lol:

It's part of my 365 deal...fruit was the most interesting part of my day

Love the color and I love the detail on the first picture

Psh. WhatEVER. YA'LL were the ones that were supposed to come down HERE for your honeymoon or whatever. Don't you try and transfer the guilt to me. :lmao:

but but but...we had no money :( We're hoping to be able to do it this summer. Or else y'know...skip the honeymoon but come see you!:hug::

I agree - but if you were going for clarity, you are spot on! However, I am not seeing any tequila so... :er:

one improvement would be to de-clutter the background.

De-clutter meaning get rid of my ugly-a** stove in the background? :greenpbl:
exactly. if it were moved in a way where the back ground was just the cutting board it would look better. there would be less distraction from your subject.

::nods::

I'll be sure to make margaritas sometime again to get a better shot :lmao:

I do agree-and that is exactly the type of compositional thing I need to work on (among others, of course). It's taking a lot of ::look at that picture 20 minutes later and realize random things that I royally screwed up:: for me to figure it out, but I figure that's what it's all about!
