I like the color balance in this one but there are two things I find very distracting

1) the fountain looks like it is merging with her arm, especially because it is nearly the same height as her shoulder

2) her hat is touching the circle detail of the background building, drawing my eye there instead of to her. I also think it dominates because it is dead center of the photograph
