Pretty nice photo! A couple things I noticed/recommend:
The focus on the deer is off just a bit.
There is noise, probably from high ISO.
The crop could be tighter on the bottom, placing the deer at the lower 1/3 of the frame.
Maybe get the barb wire out of the picture.
Overall, I like the composition and the way you used the road looks great.
It appears to me that your white balance is off. The focus is just before the deer looking back rather than on it. Not alot you could do about the fence, but horizonal fences and such rarely work, and IMO it doesn't here. The left rump of the deer looking back is also an area of distraction...it is a straight line looks to unatural. The two deer to the right don't really add to the photo. To much dead space around the dear and above them. I believe you did alittle to much with the PP. It is a great scene and good capture.
