Welcome MT! Your links are broken and we cannot view the images, probably because you are required to have a certain amount of posts on the forum before adding photos.

I was trying to erase the thread after I realized the pictures did not work. I tried using my pictures on Flickr and it didn't work but it looks like it is working with pictures from Photobucket. They aren't the pictures I originally wanted but they will work for now!!

Black and white's edits don't blow me away, cute dog tho and i like the composition of the ski lift. Great timing on the girl being thrown in the air, severed hands are kind of creepy lol. Path and tree are fairly standard, at least I've taken pictures very similar to them. Keep em coming and thanks for sharing!

Thank you! I only did black and white on the dog picture because the dog is black and white and the background of the picture didn't look very good. You are right tho -the hands are creepy and I never noticed it!!

Welcome to the board! Tip: Numbering your photos in a makes it easier to CC each picture. ;)

1. Blurry. Without seeing the Exif data, I'm guessing motion blur from having too slow of a shutter speed, and the camera moved a little when you pressed the shutter.
2. Like the idea, but photo is a little boring. Also, rule of thirds; crop a little off the left side so the path isn't dead center.
3. Extremely blurry. I like the colors, though.
4. This could have been a great shot! Shooting it "landscape" orientation kills it because all you is a ton of head space above the girl and a pair hands reaching out to catch her. For subjects that are oblong, you generally shoot vertically. On the plus side, the bokeh is great.
5. Really like the lines, wish it was in color, though. Again, a little too much head space.

Just my $0.02; I'm an amateur, so take this with a grain of salt.

Welcome! Im new here too, but I really like the dog picture. It's a little blurry, but I like the compostition and the black and white. I agree with the "severed hands" being a little creepy lol. Maybe you could crop to edit them out? To be honest, the rest are kind of boring and overdone. But from 1 beginner to another, good start!!

Thanks! I meant to put all unedited photos on here but I was having problems. Here are the unedited versions of 1 and 5
