Yup. January. That's the one I voted for. Nothing like a big, fluffy Golden Retriever with a mouth full of feathers to warm one's heart.

The photo was extraordinarily captured, IMO.

This is true, though not necessarily "about-to-be dead" animals. Unless you're looking at stills from the Zapruder film or something.

And to be honest, portrait shots aren't really my thing either
