You have some pretty strong leading lines in this one. However none of them lead to a point of interest and your horizon seems to be tilted which takes away from the over all image.
Also I suspect my appreciation for this image has more to do with the abstract qualities you have overlapping the very structural qualities... As far as capturing the surroundings I don't know that this shot is very successful. It is quite busy.
