California Drought Spout

The view outside my office. I am on the 8th floor.

Fortunately, the fire dept. had it handled within 5 minutes of the time the photo was taken. However, I don't know how long it was spouting prior to it being brought to my attention.
Needless to say, our water is very very precious.
