I just wonder what uncle or relative will get the contract to do the testing. Really never about helping folks out , more about the rich coming up with ways to tap into the states check book. Will we be paying for the treatment now if one tests positive? Will we take away the benefits from the kids that are innocents due to the parents not knowing what parenting is about, where will the kids end up?

This is a good point, it only good if they offer treatment to the positive who still wants to get thier checks lol

The kids with parents on welfare taking drugs, i think they are already starving. they should be placed.
