It doesn't look like the focus is on the eye. That's where you need to place the focus point. Refer to page 85 in the manual.
Change the aperture to f/5.6 or f/8 (adjust the other settings accordingly to achieve correct exposure) and try to position the flash so that the eyes are nicely illuminated (somewhere behind the camera perhaps)
Keep in mind that the eyes in the two sample photos you posted have been post processed using editing software.

i tried it with flash , cfl bulbs with reflector but couldn't get clear eyes...i get lot of noise . i use tripod and remote shutter release. but i think its because im using a kit lens 18-55 and 75-300.?

None of those are the problem.

The problem is you. You lack photography experience, knowledge, and skill - like most who are new to doing photography.

Being able to make quality images is a lot more involved than it first seems.
