Camera Strap

I'm heading on vacation and I'll be bringing my D5000 with a 17-55 f2/8 lens and a 35mm f/1.8. I'm considering buying either the Black Rapid RS-7 or Metro because I don't need my sling bag. The metro says that it is more geared towards mirror-less cameras but when you look online they show it with DSLRs. Does anyone have any experience using either of these and can suggest one or the other for my set up?

I have the BR RS-7 and love it. I use it all the time for walking around.

the only difference i really see is pockets.Maybe there's more,but I hace the 7,and never use the pockets......usually wearing cargo shorts
