The crop is odd how it cuts into just the one shoulder. Head tilt seems odd to considering her shoulders are square.

The pose feels awkward to me, maybe because I am used to the main light and pose being oriented to the left....not saying that is how you need to do it.
Having looked at a few of your portraits....you may want to warm them up a bit.

The picture itself looks good. It's the crop and her pose that make it awkward. Did you mean to cut off her shoulder? And why is her head tilted so far? just my observation

Pose is awkward, not attractive and framing is too tight. Crop is odd too! Pretty girl.. hopefully you have other shots you can post?

Light appears to be by her side instead of up and looking down at her at around 45 degrees.

Earing is in an arkward spot but I'm not one to talk about breaking composition rules I'm all about not shooting the same mundane stuff.

Wrinkles on her can be handled
