Darkest stadium I've worked in so far. Was maxed out at f/2.8 and ISO 6400. Images are noisier than I'd like, but I guess noisy is better than blurry.

Not bad for what you have to work with. I'm not a pro but if I were you, I'd shoot a lot in the first quarter because of more available light. Any Saturday games? Use those images for your portfolio.

The other problem is that although it didn't rain, it was completely dark overcast, so that it was only decent light during warmups and very beginning of the 1st quarter (like maybe 4 minutes of game clock).

HS football is very rarely played on saturdays.
