I have 2 pictures and I was wondering if sombody could photoshop the 2 pics together to make it look like me and the other person are in a pic together ?

If you have image editing software, there are tons of tutorials online that you could use to learn how to do it yourself.

There is free image editing software online at www.GIMP.org that is very much like Adobe Photoshop Elements.
