Can someone please recommend a digital stock photography house to submit to?

Hi guys, sorry for the newbie question here but... and I have SEARCHED! =) Anyways, im looking for an image house I can submit images too that

-Are rights managed by me (is that possible? Can I negotiate use?)
-Allow me to set the price (do they all do that?)

There seems to be so many, and even after a good hour of searching around, I still don't know which way is up. Thanks for the help =)

istockphoto is very popular but you can not do either of those things.

If you want both of those requirements I think you would have to sell them on your own website.
