cannot access post

when I try to acces this post:

Oh, heh heh, I thought the number would be higher than that for a recent post.

For any admin reading this, it also says at the top of the thread-we-can't-access: Warning: parse_url] redacted [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in [path]/includes/init.php(293) : eval()'d code on line 26
