I just wanted your input as to whether the following is a good deal or not..

Canon EOS 20D body (4k on the shutter)
Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 Image Stabilized USM SLR Lens w/hood and case
Canon BG-E2N 0D Battery Grip w/extra battery

all for $750...?

yep, good deal.

As long as - all is in good condition.

20D's = $400ish used
17-85 = $500+ new
Battery grips = $180ish new.

Not bad.
