Canon 300mm 2.8

I have a Canon 300mm F 2.8 lens modified by Century Optics to use several different rear mounts...Nikon, Canon, Pentax, Arriflex PL & Bayonette( for use with 16mm & 35mm motion picture cameras). Any idea what this is worth? This lens is completely manual, not an electronic focus lens.
