If I'm not mistaken, and I usually am, but that doesn't come with a flash. It looks like more of a flash remote, or well trigger as the name suggests. Unless you know that already and already have an off camera flash to use, in which case nvm.

If you are asking if you will be able to use that to trigger your 430ex from your camera remotely then yes. You will lose your ttl (automatic) function of your flash and will have to fire it in manual. I don't have any experience nor do I know of anyone that has used that particular brand. As I have told a few other people, another alternative can be found here www.gadgetinfinity.com, I use the v5's, and have read many positive reviews about their reliability. They basically do the same thing, but again- you will have to get used to setting your flash manually. If you want to use ttl, as far as I know pocket wizards are the only ones that do it. They make a few different ones as well, and the ttl ready ones are quite expensive- I want to say around $250-$300 each (you would need 2). Someone else may chime in with a ttl alternative.
