Canon Log 2 records in BT.709 but should be BT.2020

Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
I've set my Canon R6 Mark III to record in Canon Log 2 / C.Gamut with HEVC 422 10 bit. MediaInfo states the video clip is BT.709 but I want BT.2020. On my Canon R8 the video does record as BT.2020 when using Log 3.

Any help is appreciate
