Canon T6i Upgrade

Looking to upgrade my T6i and not break the bank. My lenses are 10-18mm, 18-135mm and 70-200mm f2.8, all EFS lenses and really don’t want to get rid of them. Suggestions would be welcomed even if I have to purchase something slightly used. Thanks in advanced.

used = 90D (or new if you can swing it)

The 70-200/2.8 is a full frame EF lens, not a crop EF-S lens.
