Canon7D Best Settings?

I was wondering if someone can help me with video settings on the 7D so I can record in 1080p and are there different settings if I want to record slow motion? Please Help THank You :greenpbl:

For slow motion, you need 720p at 60fps and a shutter speed of ~ 1/120- 1/250
