That's one reason I will never part with the Canon 100-400mm IS L lens (not the mkII).

When you get that kind of bokeh, that lens is a keeper. Surprisingly, since it was once trashed on here, my tamron 70-270 (at least I think that's what it is - i might be wrong on the 70 part) gives me gorgeous bokeh in the right conditions. It wasn't an expensive lens but I will never part with it simply because it has the capability of producing some gorgeous pictures.
