Central America- Digital?

I'm travelling to Panama late November and want to bring my D-200 to shoot with. I know that Panama uses the same electricity as the US, but I'm not sure if there will be opportunities to charge batteries very often. Any advice on this? Has anyone travelled in Central America with digital gear? Should I just suck it up and bring film?

I was in Nicaragua and had no problem charging my battery, where will you be staying though, My place had outlets so it was no problem.

I was in Costa Rica a few years back...no problems.
