How do I tame them? LOL Most butterflies like to chill. My setup was 5DII, Tamron 90mm, bare on camera flash OR off camera flash held by my left hand. Nothing fancy.

Yes.. that is my macro rig (one of the setups, at least!)... D7000, Tokina 100, and a SB900 with the softbox. I have about four or five different ways I set up the flash, depending of what I am shooting, and where I am shooting. Full manual mode Sometimes I will leave the flash on TTL though.
