Two pictures from the "wild"

#1 has a strange haze to it.

#2 has some blown out highlights.

I can't believe you got these in the wild...I would hope you were using a long tele!!!!

I like the intense stare of the cheetah in that first shot.

(Looks to me like there's wire behind the cheetahs and/or they were shot through glass, so I presume that's why you put the word wild in quotation marks!)

Yeah it wasn't really in the wild...

I took some good shots at the zoo a little while ago but realised afterwards that what makes a great zoo shot is when you can extract it from its captivity.

As for the blown out highlights, I agree they are not favourable but the exposures right for the face.... perhaps a little dodging on the highlights ?
