I like it, but have a few nitpicks.

#1 The focus is a little to soft at the eyes.

#2 Her bra has a little bit showing in the very center, it is a little distracting, but can easily be cloned out. It would look even better if she was wearing a strapless bra, giving her a cleaner look.

#3 There is discoloration on her bottom lip at photo left, I don't know if it is from the lights or maybe it is just me.

But it is a nice photo you did a good job on.
