The celery adds a nice texture difference.

Hmm, you should replace the celery with Bok Choy.
What spices/sauces you put in that ?

Betcha it was delicious Ron but have you considered taking it up a notch and doing some styling ?

Add some red pepper for color, perhaps a formed mound of rice as a background on a non patterned white plate ?

Some artfully placed sauce ?

Good excuse to play with some OCF.

Of course the problem with this is it's cold by the time you're done, sigh...
