Choosing a lens! Need some advice

Hello! I am new to DSLRs and I just got a Sony a100k. I am getting it with a 18-70mm lens, but I am looking to purchase a telephoto. I am looking at these two below. I am leaning towards the first one because it's new and I found more reviews on it, but I would really appreciate some professional opinions from other people

These are the two I am deciding between:
Lens 1
