#3 elicits an "Awwwwww!" from me. Kids are so sweet at that age!

Except for # 3 your subject is too centred. The white balance in #3 is too cold & should be warmed up a touch. You might also try using your camera in portrait orientation for such shots rather than landscape.

Still learning how to bounce my flash on portrait mode. #3, I did that intentionally. I understand about rules of third but I don't use it all the time. Thanks for the comments.
