any smoke sounds good right about now...fiending like a crack head!
I've switched my nicotine delivery method to electric. I don't smoke, I vape.

I could check this out. Never tried it.

My mother died of lung cancer about 5 years ago. I have to say that it is one of the cruelest ways to watch someone you love die. Do whatever you can to quit. My speech is over now.......enjoy your cigarettes!!:
It's expensive up front. Once you have a device, for a heavy smoker like me, $20 for a bottle of juice that lasts almost 2 weeks is quite a savings.
But I feel better all around, and after 3 weeks of regular strength, I am going to switch to the next level down.
Because the delivery device is different, it's a psychological change, but I think I will be able to quit the physical part of the habbit more easily.
From my experience, the physical habit is harder to lose than the chemical.
The biggest problem is when your battery goes dead, and you left your spare elsewhere, your only option is to go buy some smokes.
