Was up at Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park yesterday, doing some hiking with my favorite camera. Up at the top of the hike we did, I was walking down a narrow trail between some trees on the ridgeline, and a blacktail doe walked right across the trail in front of me. She was 6 or 8 feet in front of me, and paid me no mind, just walked by. Naturally I looked down, flipped to burst mode and... * click click click click click click click click click * Here's a couple. Nothing brilliant compositionally I know, but a neat experience.
