Beautiful detail, beautiful boy! He would steal anybody's heart. If the softbox catchlight bothers you, instead of removing it completely, just use your clone stamp with a brush size of 1 pixel and slightly round the corners. See if that doesn't give you a more "realistic" catchlight.
