Oh, if it weren't for the houses and the closeness of the open sea, I would say: this sky looks like home. We get these cloud "pictures" in rapid succession right now. One low pressure area coming in from the west after the other, always bringing these new storm fronts.

Nice to see that it is no different on the other side of the earth .
Could it be that this photo was taken off your favourite hill? Have you not been there often to shoot down from there?
