Cold day for a walk ...

... but I really need the exercise so off I went. I guess all the birds thought it was too cold too because there wasn't too much out and about other than a few Harriers but I couldn't get within 100 yards of them. Having to crunch my way through the snow I wasn't too stealthy lol

So I decided to leave my comfort zone and try a little landscape. Unfortunately I only had the 80-400 with me so i don't think anyone will want to make a coffee table book out of them but I still like them

I applaud you for trying something out of your comfort zone. That says something about a person. I like the second one the most but think it is a little dark towards the top of the frame.

Thank you, and you are correct. That one is in serious need of a graduated filter, I'll work on that once I can feel my fingers again lol

Forgot to add, there were so many different types of little, and not so little, paw prints going every which way. It was just amazing to see how many critters are moving around there even this time of year when it looks deserted.
