Color Calibrator Reco?

Hi there,
I currently own a MacBook, which I use to work on my photos. I tried doing the calibration with what was provided on the laptop, but it does not seem to be accurate. I was wondering if someone coukd recommend a good Monitor color calibrator? Thanks!

I personally am a huge fan of the Monaxo Optix system, but the Spyder system is probably the most cost-effective option for those on a budget.
